There are standard alternatives to our TA contract providing onsite support services. These include standard Time and Materials callout and response to suit the customer needs for an immediate issue. There are also installation services, heath checks and advice or consultancy when advising improvements, plus a selection of support services to match customer’s needs. Eurotech also offer vendors on-going maintenance services, renewing onsite contracts and maintaining vendor’s quality of service.
