Time Allocation Contracts

We provide a dedicated primary and secondary technical support person who gains specific knowledge for the customer’s site to enable experienced fast support. A TA contract enables a specific monthly amount of time to be purchased and used in support of a wide range of services to our customers. This could extend to full technical support across any discipline, it may be in support of solutions Eurotech have implemented, or for a variety of reasons such as cover for existing personnel. Any unused time each month is carried over into future months. Having a TA contract provides peace of mind to a customer; we tie up any areas of support and ensure efficiency between manufacturers so there are never any grey areas of cover. The dedicated primary technical support person is the main contact to the customer, acting as the main focus and accepting responsibility for customer issues.
